Henry Baker College, Melukavu, through its Mentoring and Counselling Cell, organized a workshop titled "Mentoring for Academic Excellence: A Teacher Effectiveness Workshop" on November 20, 2024, at the college's A/C Auditorium. The session featured Dr. Mathew Kanamala, Head of the Department of Social Work at St. Joseph's College, Moolamattom, and Mrs. Reena James, Director of Grace Care, Kottayam, as resource persons. The workshop aimed to enhance mentoring skills and teacher effectiveness, benefitting the faculty members in fostering academic excellence.
